The Al Hoffman Scholarship deadline is this Friday, December 5, 2025. This scholarship covers full tuition for UID and honors the legacy of Al Hoffman by supporting rising leaders in the distribution community.
UID is a four-day educational experience designed for distribution professionals looking to advance their skills and career. Participants build their own curriculum from expert-led courses — earning CEUs that can be applied toward a Professional Certificate in Innovative Distribution.
Sessions cover essential topics such as leadership, sales planning, negotiation, delegation, inventory management, and branch operations.
