Manufacturer suites must be reserved as a four-night stay minimum to maintain your room through 5:25 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for appointments (check-out on Friday, May 1). Additional nights may be added to accommodate individual travel plans. All delegates must register separately online.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with Full Refund: March 17
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after March 17.

Shipping Information
The Concord Convention Center is prepared handle your inbound and outbound shipments from all carriers.
Members who are shipping to the hotel must fill out the Charlotte Shipping Form.
The form must be submitted to the hotel no later than April 13.
